This premium business, that supplies both branded and own-label products to the major retailers, asked Drayton Partners to secure an ambitious and energetic Finance Director.
The business briefed Drayton to search the market for an outstanding, highly capable and driven Finance Director. The previous incumbent had been promoted to Managing Director and the rest of the operating board were a tight and highly effective unit. This made cultural fit of paramount importance.

The search was led by one of the senior team and the first stage was the production of comprehensive assessment material aimed at identifying individuals with the appropriate style and competence. Next we mapped target businesses within the required hour's commute of the client's head office.
