Recently, Drayton worked with a category-defining, premium Gin brand to secure a new Marketing Director. Integral to this appointment were the behavioural attributes desired by the CEO which included; a high level of drive, an analytical style and the ability and confidence to challenge the board when necessary. It was essential for the success of the business that the incoming Marketing Director demonstrated these capabilities, and would not be afraid to get stuck in and lead by example with a sleeves-rolled-up mentality.
Drayton successfully facilitated the completion of personality assessments on the short-listed candidates; shaping the areas to probe at interview and helping to highlight instances where the personality profile was a close match to the requirements. One candidate referred to the process as "well organized, extremely transparent and clear throughout". It was a delight to place a candidate who we could ensure was a great match from a personality perspective to the culture of the business, and Drayton look forward to observing the fantastic impact the newly placed Marketing Director will no doubt have on the success and longevity of the brand.
