Drayton announce 2016/2017 as their strongest and most successful year to date

November marks the start of Drayton’s 8th year of trading and we are delighted to announce that 2016/17 was our strongest and most successful year to date. We placed more candidates in to more businesses than ever before and saw revenues increase by 27%. This level of strong growth, when combined with an outstanding previous twelve months, means that Drayton has more than doubled in turnover over the course of the last three financial years.

We’re delighted that so much of our work, nearly two thirds, remains repeat business and this is testament to the Think Smarter approach we’ve developed. In addition, we have seen our overseas revenue increase dramatically with key clients now established in North America, Benelux, the Nordics and France.

In 2018 we welcome the arrival of a new Partner, Jonathan Bean, who is a specialist within Supply Chain and Procurement. Jonathan has extensive recruitment experience gained with internationally recognised businesses. He will lead the development of Drayton’s Consumer Healthcare and Life Sciences business whilst supporting the broader growth of the Consumer proposition. We envisage further recruitment at Partner level as we look to expand in to new categories and international regions.

In addition, Drayton will continue to invest in our Research and Project Delivery team to ensure we are able to meet the growing needs of our client base who seek a more thoughtful, consultative approach to executive recruitment.
