Drayton Partners Networking Breakfast with Dr Tim O'Brien, expert in the field of emotional and behavioural change

'Let's stop talking about ‘wellbeing’ and start thinking differently' - what does this mean and how can it be used in a business environment?...

As part of our ‘THINK SMARTER’ series of personal development talks, Drayton Partners are delighted to host our Autumn Networking Breakfast on Monday 19th September.

A Practical Guide to Meeting People's Needs...

We will be joined by Dr. Tim O’Brien, a member of the British Psychological Society and the recipient of many awards for his work in the field of emotional and behavioural change.

Tim will share his insight and knowledge, much of which is detailed in his book 'Inner Story: Understand Your Mind. Change your World' and will delve into the hot topics of health, wellbeing and mindfulness. The crux of the discussion topic is to understand what does this all actually mean and how can it be used in a business environment, and to observe a process of 'Let's stop talking about ‘wellbeing’ and start thinking differently'. Once a better understanding of this is gained, this will ultimately lead to mapping out 'Tim's Practical Guide' to achieving the most effective way of meeting people’s needs.

Following the talk there will be opportunity to share your thoughts and make connections with other Commercial and HR leaders from the Consumer Goods Industry, as well as members of the Drayton Partners team.
