On Friday 18th May, Drayton were delighted to welcome guests from across the FMCG sector for a day at York Races, Yorkshire Cup. This was the first in our Spring / Summer Networking event calendar, and offered our guests a chance to enjoy a relaxed day watching and taking in the excitement of the racing, along with beneficial networking and introductions made with fellow Senior and Director level contacts, as well as members of the Drayton team.
We brought together present clients and friends of Drayton, as well as new contacts to the business from varied industries and sectors including; Premium Food and Drink Brands and Manufacturers, Specialist Consultancies and Legal professionals with expertise in Employment Law.

"We were extremely fortunate that the sun shone on us, metaphorically and literally, at York Races during our recent networking event as we enjoyed a balmy spring afternoon and, somewhat fortuitously, had a number of guests who enjoyed success with their wagers. The group we invited came from across the FMCG sector and there was plenty of discussion about the impact of Brexit, the uncertainty around the retail environment and the need to focus on top talent. We were delighted to receive a number of comments about the thought that we had given to the overall event and in particular the mix of guests"
