They’re seeking an exceptional Commercial Director to lead their UK Sales & Category Management teams. This is a pivotal senior leadership role, responsible for driving profitable growth, commercial excellence and long-term strategic partnerships with all key grocery retailers in the UK market.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee national account management, customer and category strategy and play a key role in shaping innovation and go-to-market plans. You will lead a high-performing commercial team and work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and finance to deliver growth targets and brand objectives.
