The UK Finance Director will act as a partner to the UK Managing Director and have accountability to maximise business delivery across the total commercial P&L, through objective and compliant decision-making to drive value creation.
They’ll need to be an agile and collaborative leader who actively connects across both UK business and wider group, challenging Finance teams to strive for excellence, whilst evolving the current culture and ways of working.
By maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, the new Finance Director must develop trusted relationships, providing the opportunity to co-create, challenge and maximise business delivery and value creation to meet and exceed financial objectives.
They must also leverage opportunities for growth by developing a deep understanding of the Category, Customer and Consumer landscape, using this to identify opportunities for business expansion and building credible commercial business partnerships.
