Reporting to the CEO, the Group HR Director will be responsible for defining and delivering an overarching HR strategy for all parts of the organisation, working closely with MD's and HR leaders to ensure there is a progressive and effective approach to people and culture.
We’re looking for an established HR Director who has operated at Board level within a complex manufacturing organisation. Someone with strategic vision, integrity and entrepreneurial spirit who will use their skills and experience to support the group in moving to the next stage of their ambitious growth plans.
Having the versatility to work across a diverse group of businesses and being adept at managing a broad set of internal stakeholders will be key to success in the role.
