The Role
- Sourcing & developing suppliers to deliver the strategic needs of the Business
- Working with suppliers to ensure products are made safely to agreed standards
- Determining technical vision and input into the strategy for your product area
- Providing line management for the technical team, setting the framework for continual up-skilling and development of the technical team
- Representation of the company externally on industry issues
- Creating and deliver research and innovation plans
Key Requirements
- Degree level technical qualification in an appropriate subject
- Industry experience of Technical management within the Food Sector
- Passion for quality and innovation
