Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute their eCommerce strategy, including sales goals, website management, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage their online sales channels, including their website and third-party marketplaces.
  • Develop and manage their digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze and report on eCommerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other teams across the company to ensure our eCommerce strategy aligns with our overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through online sales channels.
  • Experience managing a team of marketing and eCommerce specialists.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and tools, including Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
