Head of Ecommerce Operations for an established global apparel & footwear outdoor brand

Our client requires an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to drive the company reach revenue and EBITDA targets in Ecommerce excellence fulfilment, customer service and ecommerce related operations.

  • Location – UK or International
  • Salary – Strong package, + relocation if required

The Role

  • Develop and execute a strategy and plan for improving ecommerce operations
  • Manage the customer service team for Europe and North America.
  • Manage the buy and inventory planning for Ecommerce in Europe and North America.
  • Manage seasonal stock uploads.
  • Manage fulfilment for customers global website, to ensure the company has the necessary shipping options and suppliers for the countries they ship to.
  • Manage payments and fraud.
  • Manage post purchase customer dialogue

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with ecommerce operations.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with professional analytics tools and analysis methods.
  • Comfortable negotiating.
