Our client requires an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to drive the company reach revenue and EBITDA targets in Ecommerce excellence fulfilment, customer service and ecommerce related operations.
- Location – UK or International
- Salary – Strong package, + relocation if required
The Role
- Develop and execute a strategy and plan for improving ecommerce operations
- Manage the customer service team for Europe and North America.
- Manage the buy and inventory planning for Ecommerce in Europe and North America.
- Manage seasonal stock uploads.
- Manage fulfilment for customers global website, to ensure the company has the necessary shipping options and suppliers for the countries they ship to.
- Manage payments and fraud.
- Manage post purchase customer dialogue
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years’ experience with ecommerce operations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with professional analytics tools and analysis methods.
- Comfortable negotiating.
