Our client is one of the world’s largest independent Drinks businesses, owner of an impressive portfolio of branded products and private label production facilities. The company is recognised as a thought leader within the drink’s category in terms of quality, innovation and sustainability.
They are currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing to join their senior leadership team in the UK and drive the business growth.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Head of Marketing will develop the strategic, long term plans and deliver the agreed annual profit targets for the business.
This is a highly commercial marketing role, offering significant leadership and portfolio strategy development responsibilities.
Support the development and implementation of marketing activity by brands at or below agreed annual activity budgets. Be able, at short notice to flex marketing budgets to help deliver the annual plan, if required
Track the brand portfolio profitability vs. budget and implement changes to ensure budget is delivered
Manage and develop the PL and branded NPD process to deliver profitable innovation for the business, working closely with Sales and NPD Teams.
- Successful FMCG Marketing leader with commercial experience gained in Category Management, Trade Marketing and/or Sales within the food/beverage category.
- An established marketing figurehead within a similar Food or Drink business with excellent gravitas and large team management capability.
- The person will need a broad understanding of the end to end supply chain.
- Excellent relationship management with the wider business (sales, Manufacturing, NPD).
