Our client is planning for succession, as it addresses the structure for its production teams over the coming few years, and they are looking for an experienced footwear production manager who can come in and head up one of their production sites, leading a team of 1000+

The Role
Reporting into the Managing Director of Production, this person will be responsible for the planning and controlling of the production regarding quality, on time delivery and on cost production, as well as optimising production capacity to meet order demand and cooperating closely across the engineering, planning, logistics and quality teams
The Person
Several years or production experience in footwear, production planning, manufacturing technology and employee management. Fully understands lean manufacturing and has the ability to implement new processes and manufacturing capabilities.
