Drayton are recruiting on behalf of a market leading Food & Drink sector company who have instantly recognisable, much loved brands. They’re a major player in UK FMCG and are performing excellently, with impressive and consistent growth over recent years.
- Location The role is home based, with a company HQ in the Greater London area.
Their products are essential items in the grocery channel and listed in all major supermarket chains. They also have a strong presence in Convenience retail, but there is significant headroom to expand further in this channel.
We’re looking for a Head of Convenience who can set and then deliver a commercial strategy that will fuel significant growth. A Convenience expert, who is currently working at leadership level and can demonstrate commercial success, excellent customer relationships and team leadership skills.
Someone who is excited by the challenge of maximising the performance of the channel and achieving rapid but sustainable commercial growth. It's essential that candidates have current experience selling FMCG brands to the key retailers in UK Convenience and also leading teams of NAMs.
