The interim CEO will provide direction and guidance to the team, whilst ensuring effective communication and collaboration. They will establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
A background leading a successful manufacturer of electronic componentry as CEO or MD is strongly preferred and the ideal candidate will most likely have progressed their career through the commercial route.
The incoming interim CEO will operate from the UK business with regular travel to the European site. They will be able to start imminently, and it is anticipated that the individual will be in role for at least 6 months.
