The Role
This role will be the strategic lead for the overall business, driving cultural and operational change whilst maintaining full P&L responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creation and execution of the future growth agenda, with direct involvement and overall responsibility for the commercial strategy and approach.
- To coach, lead and develop a senior management team to create a culture of growth, high performance and continuous improvement.
- Involvement in the operational continuous improvement strategy and ensuring the team are able to identify short and medium term action plans.
- Representing the sites with key stakeholders, ensuring that key milestones are communicated effectively and understood.
The Person
- A passionate, intelligent supply chain leader with a strong commercial focus, looking to enhance their career by taking responsibility for a growing supply chain and logistics business. Experience of forging and expanding customer relationships to deliver top and bottom line business growth.
