Drayton are working in partnership with this company to secure an outstanding new leader for the business.
We’re seeking someone who is already established as a Managing Director / Commercial Director / Sales & Marketing Director and has a proven track record of scaling entrepreneurial SME’s in the FMCG sector. You will need to demonstrate high levels of commercial acumen and be an expert in building profitable growth at a fast pace.
Prior experience at Director level in UK Consumer Goods / FMCG is a vital requirement for the position and it’s anticipated that your career will be biased towards either Sales or Marketing, specifically building commercial partnership with major multiple retail customers and also consumer facing brand development.
Natural leadership combined with excellent stakeholder management are essential, as is a willingness to roll-up-the-sleeves and lead from the front.
Hybrid working is available but the Managing Director will need to be based in the Yorkshire region for at least 3 days per week.
