As their Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's success and inspiring families to make healthier choices. To be successful in this role, we are seeking an individual who has the following qualities:

Leadership Skills: The Marketing Director should demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and be able to inspire and motivate the team. They should have the ability to foster a collaborative environment and bring people together towards achieving common goals.

Emotional Intelligence: The ideal candidate should possess exceptional emotional intelligence. They should be open to the input of others and be able to conduct themselves with a balance of confidence and humility, maintaining the current chemistry within the team.

Corporate and Entrepreneurial Experience: The ideal candidate should have spent several years within a large corporate context, demonstrating a "blue-chip upbringing." However, it is essential that their recent career has been in a smaller, high-growth entrepreneurial company. They should be able to demonstrate a successful transition from a large to a small business mindset.

Strategic and Hands-on Approach: The Marketing Director should have the ability to take a strategic view of the situation while also being willing to get involved in day-to-day tasks and "roll up their sleeves." This balance is crucial for success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
