The ideal candidate will be a manufacturing professional with experience ideally within the food industry (or possibly the FMCG sector). They will be analytically strong with excellent interpersonal skills, able to quickly assimilate information and make a sound, reseasoned argument and present this to all levels of the business.
This is an environment with few constraints where there is a huge degree of autonomy. As a result, the sucecssful hire will need to be highly adaptable and able to operate at pace whilst maintaining a strong perspective on the overall aims and goals of the business.
