Sales Director

The business is very active across Grocery, Discounter, Convenience channels, with the majority of their revenue being generated via the leading UK grocery retailers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a very large P&L, taking ownership for the delivery of all commercial targets. They will also lead a sizeable high performing team, who have excelled over recent years in an engaged culture that values positivity, ambition and cross functional working.

This is a strategic position which sits on the UK Board and therefore candidates must be accomplished Sales or Commercial Directors within UK FMCG, able to demonstrate deep experience of delivering outstanding and engaged performance from large teams whilst also growing market leading household name brands in the grocery channel.

Given the scale of the role it's vital that interested individuals have managed high value P&L's, ideally in excess of £400m net sales.

The role is home based, but key locations for regular travel are London and Yorkshire.
