As our client plans its next phase of growth in its Workwear division, they need an in house designer to drive forward their performance work footwear collection to address both the European and North American demand

The Role
As an integral part of the Workwear product creation team, a focus on fully researching the marketplace, the consumer and the regional needs, delivering design and functional performance solutions to seasonal briefs, working closely with the Workwear apparel team and other performance footwear categories, to deliver world class and well merchandised collections to market
The Person
5 years plus designing performance footwear, has a full understanding of range architecture and designing to price points and cost, able to develop new concepts and solutions, with the end user at the heart of the thinking, whilst at the same time able to fully embrace the brand ethos and ensure this is built and designed into each product.
