What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in B2B ingredients (e.g. flavour, fragrance, or broader food & beverage).
- A proven track record managing European accounts or distributors.
- Entrepreneurial instincts - you’re hands-on, commercially sharp, and comfortable building structure in a business that’s scaling fast.
- Strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and comfort in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
- Based in the Netherlands, or willing to relocate.
