Our client here is looking for an experienced Senior Designer, who has a strong background in lifestyle footwear, who can join the business and lead the journey in targeting a new and younger generation for the brand, with exciting and compelling footwear designs

The Role
To design and bring to market styles and collections more relevant for the so-called Next Gen consumer who mainly shops in an athletic/sports lifestyle environment. Product and style diversification will be key in the years to come, important to keep the brands DNA, yet appeal to a wider and younger consumer globally
The Person
- Degree in (Industrial) Design, Fashion or the Arts with many years of relevant working experience
- Specialised in shoe construction and design
- Experienced in the sports lifestyle/sneaker design business
- Fluent in English
- Strategic mind-set with strong focus on sustainable brand experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Critical and innovative thinking, persuasive, resilient and diplomatic
