The Role
This role will drive the manufacturing capability of the organisation along with having full responsibility for the management of the manufacturing site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day to day management responsibility manufacturing site; driving efficient and service whilst ensuring safety, quality and compliance.
- Coach, lead and develop a senior management team to create a culture of growth, high performance and continuous improvement.
- Involvement in delivery of the operational continuous improvement strategy and ensuring the team are able to identify short and medium term action plans.
- Representing the site with key stakeholders, ensuring that key milestones are communicated effectively and understood.
The Person
A passionate, intelligent FMCG manufacturing professional looking to enhance their career by gaining the experience of managing a food production site. A leader with the ability to balance the varied challenges of running a busy factory whilst having the drive and tenacity to deliver day-to-day operational objectives. Someone who can operate at all levels of the business and will integrate to form close working relationships.
