The ideal person will be working at Head of or Director level in buying, merchandising, online trading or operations in a retail or online apparel / accessories company and have the following experience:
- Leadership Experience: An experienced and effective leader, with a proven ability to successfully manage stakeholders. Provides strategic guidance and oversight to the management team, ensuring that the organisation is well-positioned to achieve its objectives.
- Comparable Business Environment: Excellent track record in overseeing delivery against ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with working in founder centric businesses, and their ability to navigate these to drive successful outcomes.
- Apparel Product Exposure: A track record of working within a business selling apparel or related products. Demonstrated consistent success in managing high yield customer relationships within a product-based environment.
- DTC: A comprehensive level of experience trading a DTC business including performance marketing, online trading, merchandising and customer experience.
