Location: South-East England (Flexible Working)

Recent commercial growth has been outstanding and they’ve also been very active in M&A, adding fantastic brands to their existing portfolio.

The Marketing Director is responsible for leading all UK marketing activity across an exciting range of vibrant products and brands. Bringing energy, passion and enthusiasm and working closely with the other members of the UK leadership team to continue the strong growth of brands in the market.

This is a full mix marketing role, responsible for the advertising, innovation & execution strategy, collaborating with centres of expertise in the wider EMEA team in order to ensure the UK delivers its brand goals.

Essential skills and experience will include:

  • Marketing An established Marketing Director, with experience growing high profile UK brands, able to drive winning strategies through a UK FMCG organisation. Leadership and functional expertise across all elements of the marketing mix.

  • People Lead and evolve a high performing team with a positive, growth mindset and elevate marketing capability.

  • Digital Maximise a digital first approach, developing shared creative to support brands and winning the moments that matter.

  • Innovation Excellence in NPD execution & portfolio management, influencing and collaborating to drive what’s needed to grow against a clear category vision.

UK head office is in South East England and this is the key location, however there is flexible working available.
