The Role

The VP Operations & Supply Chain is responsible for the end to end supply chain across the entire EMEA region. To achieve their ambitious goals, the business requires the continued evolution of their EMEA activities, driven by a forward thinking and progressive mindset.

This role will play a leading and pivotal part in the future success of the region and will be responsible for ensuring the continued high performance of a large team across a wide network of EMEA manufacturing and distribution sites.

This is a critical leadership role in the EMEA structure and an exciting opportunity to shape the regional strategy for a high performing FMCG organisation.

The Person

We’re seeking an established VP or Senior Director, an outstanding people leader who is currently responsible for manufacturing and distribution activities across multiple countries for a large-scale FMCG organisation.

A strategic thinker with the ingenuity, creativity, resilience and capability to stimulate further transformation of a world class supply chain. Essential experience must include:

Leading regional Operations & Supply Chain in a top tier FMCG business, able to deliver strategic change in a fast-paced high performance manufacturing environment.

A people-centric approach but with the commercial acumen to focus on doing the right thing for the business and the customer.

A leader, motivator, and an excellent influencer with the ability to tackle complex challenges and create effective short and long-term solutions.

Passionate with the commitment required to lead, grow and transform a world class supply chain in a highly competitive category.

There is some flexibility for remote working, but key locations are in UK and France and there will be regular travel throughout the EMEA region.
